Executive Committee Overview

The Executive Committee is charged to manage the affairs of the association between its meetings, represent the association, make recommendations to the association, perform any duties stated in the constitution & by-laws, and shall act as directed by the association. The Executive Committee is responsible for conducting meetings of the association, preparing and administering an annual budget, preparing and submitting an annual report at the annual meeting and determining annual membership dues, subject to ratification by the membership.
